Can't install that new software? Having trouble connecting to the internet? Or maybe you have a virus, our engineers are qualified, experienced and dedicated in getting the best resolution for you. Our engineers give you an estimate before they start so you decide whether you want the work carried out or not!
Most of our repairs are fixed Onsite within the first hour, although we cannot give an exact time/cost we have a maximum fixed fee to set your mind at rest – please see below for our prices
Onsite Service Prices
£39 which includes the first hour Onsite, £30 per hour thereafter up to a maximum of £90 (We never charge more than £90 for a repair on one computer)
Should we need to take your computer away for repair at the workshop a fixed fee of £90 will apply and we will bring the computer back to you and set it up as you want it.
Workshop Service Prices
Should you want to bring your computer to us we charge £25 per hour up to a maximum of £70 (We never charge more than £70 for a repair on one computer in our workshop)
